    Meet Rachel Holden

    At Cadence Nutrition Coaching, my mission is to empower people to feel their best through personalized nutrition and wellness strategies. As a Master Nutritional Therapist, holistic health advocate, and fitness specialist, I will guide you through the overwhelming noise of quick-fix solutions and information overload to help you create a plan that truly works for you. My approach is about education, building small, sustainable habits and giving you the tools to succeed long-term.

    When it comes to nutrition and fitness, simplicity is key. More is not always better, and complex doesn't mean effective. In fact, too much information can leave us feeling like we're doing everything, but not seeing real progress. I focus on helping you master small, impactful behaviors that lead to lasting discipline, lifelong changes, and a deeper connection with your health.

    My own journey into functional nutrition began in 2014 when I was racing bikes and raising my son. I struggled with poor nutrition advice and postpartum health issues, which sparked my curiosity in holistic and systemic approaches to wellness. In 2016, I earned my degree as a Master Nutritional Therapist, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding how nutrition supports the body as a whole.

    Over the past decade, I’ve helped countless individuals connect the dots between nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. I’ve also deepened my expertise with certifications in Gastrointestinal Healing, Menopause, and Strength Training. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, racing mountain bikes, walking my dogs, or listening to a great podcast.
     

    I believe most people want to feel better but don’t know where to begin. My goal is to help you take those first steps toward a life where you feel energized, strong, and confident in your ability to be your healthiest self.
